Coatex offers a wide range of PTFE mesh belts in various configurations， such as 1x1mm, 2×2.5mm, 4x4mm, 8x8mm, 10x10mm. Hot selling size spec for packaging industry is 4x4mm.
We can also customize extra-wide PTFE mesh rolls, with a maximum width of 4000mm, suitable for a range of industries such as screen printing drying, papermaking, food processing, chemical, packaging, and electronics.
Our PTFE mesh rolls are coated with high-quality PTFE on the surface, providing excellent non-stick and high-temperature resistance properties. They can be processed into various sizes of PTFE mesh belts. To enhance the effectiveness and lifespan of the conveyor belts, we also offer a variety of accessories, including guides, edging, and joints.
